Shredding FAQs

We provide both on and off-site shredding services, one off pick ups and regular scheduled services.

We provide sacks and tags free of charge. If you chose a regular scheduled shredding service we can provide lockable consoles and wheelie bins. We will collect on request or by scheduled service.

Yes. If you are a company or private individual and have documents you would like to securely destroy then call us on 01924 465323 or email us to use our drop in service.

All accounts can be set up on a monthly invoice. For our drop in service we accept all other forms of payment.

Paper, cardboard, paperclips and plastic wallets can be shredded however, if there is any other items such as tapes or CDs please ring a member of staff on 01924 465323.


There is no minimum or maximum – we cater for all requirements. Please call us on 01924 465 323 or email us.

We will manage the whole process for you. From collecting the archives, providing boxes, box deposit schedules and barcoding and storage.

We offer a service to catalogue your archives. This can be done in a format to suit your requirements, for example via spreadsheet or our online document management system OMNIDOX.

If you require an urgent delivery of a box or file then we can supply in digital format or we have same day delivery service of hard copy (charges apply).

We encourage potential customers to visit our premises. Please call to arrange a visit and meet our team who will be looking after your archives.

Our premises have 24 hour 7 days a week CCTV surveillance. This includes installation of alarms and fire points. All vehicles are tracked using market leading technology and all staff have been CRB/DBS checked.

Your login details have been used by another user or machine. Login details can only be used once at any one time so you have therefore automatically been logged out. Please contact your sites administrator if you believe this other user or machine has unauthorised access.
